• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations with monitoring products quality, work safety, food safety, storage allocation & utilization
• Maintain the accurate and up-to-date stock & inventory records
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports for management review
• Maintain and enhance the warehouse SOP in order to fulfill IMS requirement
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by Supervisor
• Prepare and manage annual budget
• Lead the tender process during contract renewal in compliance with company’s policies.   

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport or other related disciplines
• 8+ years related experience in warehouse which in beverage industry is preferred
• Holding counter-balance forklift certificate is an advantageous
• Able to work overtime
• Energetic, well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, able to work independently & capable of working under pressure and meet deadline
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
