Job Description:

• Oversee the warehouse operation team and the customer service team in alignment with internal policy and client’s request
• Formulate policies and set operating procedures for inventory, warehouse and logistics management
• Set and achieve KPI agreed with the client and conduct internal KPI review regularly
• Streamline operations workflow to achieve cost effectiveness
• Steering of all administrative tasks in the warehouse which including invoicing, equipment maintenance and material vendor management
• Coordinate with internal and external customers to maintain a smooth operation and effective communications
• Support any new project implementation and existing project enhancement
• Human resources planning, staff coaching, staff performance review and competency development
• Source and monitor the services provided by vendors or sub-contractors
• Responsible for budgeting and managing the operation within budget
• Support and provide all necessary operation data to the management for further analysis
• Follow up and make necessary recommendations on all existing, potential or renewal business
• Support any special duties as assigned by the management

 Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in warehouse operations with at least 3 years in managerial level.
• Fluency in both verbal and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Ability to make sound judgments and decisions be able work under pressure and handle tough / complicated issues with flexibility
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills & WMS knowledge
