日常操作 Routine operation：

• 根据SOP要求，进行直接材料的收货，移库，发料，分装和产线物料配送，发运操作。

Daily operation regarding to goods receiving, transfer, issue, dispatch, delivery, which operation shall be followed by SOP.

• 根据SOP要求，进行危险化学品的收、发、存操作，同时检查相关文件。

Receiving, storage, and issue the dangerous chemical followed by SOP, and check the related documents.

• 进行间接物料和试验室化学试剂接收，存储及转移。

Manage the indirect goods and chemical reagent.

• 进行日常的成品接收和发运作业，包括灭菌产品的发运和接收。

Daily operation regarding to receiving and shipping finished goods, including sterilization products.

• 参与物料的库存管理和循环盘点

Participate inventory management, cycle counting.

• 报废材料的处理及记录

Execute scrapped material disposal and record.

• 监管仓库区域的清洁，

Execute periodical cleaning activity in related area.

• 优化仓库的存储，分析中长期存储能力

Optimize warehouse storage location, analyze middle/long term capacity

• 收集其他部门对于仓库业务的问题反馈，并及时采取有效的纠正措施。

Collect abnormal issues and feedback relevant department, and take action.

cGMP

• 确保仓库所有活动都遵照现行的GMP要求进行。

Follow cGMP requirement, keep all activity in warehouse compliance。

• 监管仓库区域内相应的虫害控制措施和监控温湿度。

Supervise the items related to pest control, temperature and humidity control in warehouse area.

系统System

• 参与并实施ERP系统仓库功能部分
• Participate ERP warehouse related
• 每天完成相应的系统操作，包括Excel/EPR等相应系统操作。

Complete related operation in Excel/ERP system.

EHS

• 严格遵守公司的相关EHS政策规定和仓库的安全操作规范。

Confirm the company/site EHS policy and Warehouse Safety Operation rules.

1 , 大专或以上学历，物流管理专业优先。

College diploma or above, prefer in logistics management；

2，至少有5年以上仓库/物流管理工作经验。

At least 5 years' experience warehouse logistics filed;

3，了解GMP或者ISO13485相关知识。

Special knowledge: Be familiar with cGMP and ISO13485 regulations.

4，良好的沟通技巧。

Good communication skill;

5，熟悉办公软件的操作

Good office software operation skill

6，具有英语读写能力

Ability to read and write in English
