工作職責：

- 日常倉務運作包括卸貨、點貨、處理庫存交易和出入記錄；
- 管理庫存、維持庫存紀錄；
- 確保倉務系統和數據庫的數據和資料準確無誤；
- 須處理及回覆日常客戶查詢
- 遵守公司政策和程序；
- 接受其他工作分配

申請者須具備以下條件：

- 至少中五程度；
- 3年倉務工作/電子商業公司經驗，歡迎應屆畢業生；
- 了解倉務工作及有 HKTVmall 倉務經驗為佳；
- 熟悉Microsoft Office, Excel和Word;
- 良好中英文水平；
- 良好的團隊精神及能在受壓的情況下工作；及
- 良好的溝通技巧及人際關係。

Job Responsibilities:

- Daily warehouse operation including handling of unpack stock, stock take, stock transaction and movement;
- Maintain comprehensive inventory records;
- Ensure that data and information of the Store systems and databases are accurate;
- Handling daily customer inquiries.
- Comply with the company policies and procedures;
- Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- At least Form 5 education level;
- 3 years of experience working at E-commerce company or online shopping platform (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Warehouse Officer, Fresh graduate is welcome);
- Knowledge of warehouse operation;
- Experience in HKTVmall logistics handling or customer service experience is highly preferable;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word;
- Good command of Chinese and English;
- Good team spirit, responsible, ability to work under pressure and willing to learn; and
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
