Mission:

? To define, set , implement and maintain Material Handling processes and Warehouse operation in accordance with set targets

? To lead the Material Handling and Warehouse team, create a culture within dept. to facilitate the actions and behaviors to increase customer satisfaction.

? Secure, follow up and develop the material handling capacity utilization, with a strong focus on shipping performance, pick &pack quality in combination with increased cost efficiency.

? Together with the other Distribution Center warehouse managers develop a one common global warehouse operation concept with standardized processes and transparency. This include alignment common Key Performance Indicator to measure, capacity, quality and efficiency of operations.

? Secure that we have the right people (personality, knowledge & experience and capacity to grow) in material handling team and that they are sufficiently trained and supported to fulfil their mission.

? Safeguard that everyone in the material handling dept. respects and lives up to the key-values of Epiroc.

? Continuously improve the operational excellence always with the customer in mind

? Define and implement mission, vision, structure and organization for the Material Planning function

? Perform material handling processes and warehouse operation

? Maintain and develop processes

? Define, implement and maintain follow up system

? Play an active part in Distribution Center Nanjing management team

? Subject to the work arrangement by Distribution Center Manager.

Competence requirements:

? Experience in logistics

? Material handling/ Logistic/ distribution experience

? Business analyzing skills

? Strong focus on quality, accuracy, deadline and orderly work

Knowledge / Educational requirements

? University degree in Logistics or related

? Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

? Fluent in English and Mandarin, both in writing and oral

Personality requirements

? Good leadership skills

? Good interpersonal skills

? Good team player
