Participate in warehouse daily operation, to ensure warehouse operation meets safety requirement, FIFO/FEFO, warehouse space fully utilization.
- Follow SHE policy and report unsafe status and behavior.
- Incoming goods receipt including imported RM, PM, INT, FG and RMA. Do visual check and make sure quantity, batch number & packing condition are correct, the document and COA are complete.
- Based on batch order, prepare and repack material in principle of FIFO/FEFO. Internal check upon completion and cross check with production
- Based on DOs from WH assistant, prepare shipping products, make sure the drums and labels are intact, qty and batch number are correct
- According to customer special packing instruction, make strapping, labeling or change pallet type
- Sample taking including QC sample, vendor sample and customer sample.
- Export container loading
- 5S housekeeping in yard and warehouse area.
- Forklift daily check, apply for repair if need
- Documents or voucher filing
- Conduct stocktaking and make variance analysis
- Involve in WH continuous improvement in quality, process
- Honest, healthy, integrity, positive attitude, good communication skill and team work spirit.
- Follow leader’s work assignment, work overtime if need
1. Minimum 3 years warehouse experience in chemical company, knowledge of chemical materials storage, handling and the related regulations
2. Familiar with warehouse operation procedure
3. Forklift driving license is required
High school or above, basic English skill
