The Stock Room Warehouse Operator will be responsible of supporting the daily maintenance spare parts warehouse operations. This may include, but is not limited to the dispatching and receiving of stock room items, working with the resolution of issues with suppliers, managing invoices, performing data entry in the Maximo CMMS, managing and archiving documents, organizing stock room parts, and other related activities. The person in this position must be able to use forklifts for the movement of material in and out of the warehouse area. 

Perform daily tasks at the maintenance spare parts warehouse including but not limited to:

   -Receiving and dispatching of parts.

   -Entry of issue tickets into the CMMS system. Ensure that the log book is been filled as per procedure requirements.

   -Support the Lean culture by recommending and implementing improvements.

   -Execute equipment movements in the warehouse using the fork lift.

   -Perform equipment repairs and preventive maintenance for spare equipment.

   -Maintain warehouse and adjacent areas organized.

   -Participate in the preparation and execution of annual inventory activities.

   -Inspect spare items during the receiving and dispatching process for compliance.

   -Perform inspections as required.

   - Maintain the tooling area organized and ensure that tools needed are available and returned in an adecuate timeframe.

   - Keep track of repaired equipment selected to be maintained in stock. This include glass lined equipment, pumps, heat exchangers, etc.

  - Provide recommendations of spare parts inventory levels and / or replacements needed to reduce the inventory usage.

- Be able to perform light duty maintenance and use of forklift.

Qualifications:  Knowledge in MS Office Software such as Word and Excel, able to operate forklifts, Read and write in Spanish and English,  knowledge in CMMS Maximo is preferable.

Education:  Technical or Associate Degree required, Bachelor degree in related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing, warehouse, maintenance, or related fields.
