The Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA), our beverages manufacturing, sales and distribution operating sector in the United States and Canada is seeking a Wholesale Retail Sales Manager to support Walmart. This role is a remote opportunity.

The Role:

The Broker Manager for DRT – West will be the direct owner of in store execution for a specific set of customers. They will drive focus, root cause analysis, and cross-functional accountability to deliver gold standard service. This person will be responsible for driving and influencing display and on shelf execution through 3 rd party brokers to achieve executional KPI’s

  • Subject matter expert for retail execution in large format grocery accounts
  • Responsible for leading/influencing 3 rd party broker team to execute in-store priorities
  • Audits performance of 3 rd party brokers
  • Responsible for delivering KPIs related to execution including NOD, IOD, F&D Conversion, Sales, Share, Etc
  • Owns coordinating critical retail execution activities cross-functionally with BU’s, Sales teams and broker to achieve KPIs and resolve gaps.
  • Responsible for proactive communication to Sales, Customers & key Leadership stakeholders to share status of execution results and action oriented solves to drive execution
  • Adheres to staffing targets to ensure cost gaps are identified and action plans are put in place to mitigate
  • Supports in the development of sales tools to aid execution in store
  • Provides period/quarter reviews to communicate progress against initiatives
  • Driver of change in an agile and fluid environment
  • Owns POS Forecasting and ordering for assigned customers/geographies
  • Analyzes and utilizes internal & external data to verify / identify opportunities for executional improvemen
  • Strategically collaborates with business units on in store execution of point of sale, racks, retail shippers, prefilled displays, contest tracking, etc.
  • Acts as project leader for all surge based activity
  • Owns POS Forecasting and ordering for assigned customers/geographies
  • Supports in post event analysis on surge based projects
  • Performs routing analysis and direction to ensure the appropriate coverage in store.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree with 5 plus years of experience across multiple sales functions including retail, customer interfacing, analytics.
  • Proven leadership ability managing /influencing 3 rd party labor support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style to needs of audience
  • Proven change agent
  • Strong problem solving, issue resolution, influencing and prioritization skills
  • Critical thinking skills with analytical and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to influence and negotiate in an agile and fluid environment
  • Innovation mindset with ability and willingness to adapt and integrate new technology, processes, and ideas to drive efficiency
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Proficiency with Unify & Advantage Pro IRI Data systems – pulling atting/organizing data into usable reports
Highly motivated individual with excellent organization and follow up skills
