As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Electrification Business and Smart Power Business Line (BL) based in Jiangmen. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Business and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.
You will play a key role within the HUB Asia Product Group/ Smart Power Business Line (BL) / Electrification Business in Jiangmen/China country/NAS region. Reporting to the Logistics Manager you will manage warehouse daily operation and ensure safety, efficiency and accuracy to meet company business requirement, and make continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager you will manage warehouse daily operation and ensure safety, efficiency and accuracy to meet company business requirement, and make continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure warehouse daily operation including RM receiving, feeding, outsourcing, FG packing & delivery within lead time, and ensure safety, efficiency and accuracy during the process.
- Implement FIFO in warehouse daily operation, and make sure all stock in warehouse are in good condition, and ensure the physical stock is consistent with the account.
- Provide proper and adequate training to warehouse workers to make sure they work properly to meet company requirements on quality, safety, efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement 6S in warehouse to make the workplace clean, tidy and safe.
- Conduct cycle count, analyze the root cause and take actions to improve if there is any stock discrepancy.
- Organize and lead annual stock take, ensure efficient arrangement and minimize the impact to business.
- Ensure all warehouse equipment and facilities are well maintained.
- Maximize the utilization of warehouse without negative impact to safety and efficiency.
- Optimize warehouse operation procedures and implement new technologies & tools to make continuous improvement on safety, efficiency and accuracy.

Your background
- College Degree is required.
- 3 years of experience in Warehouse Management in Electrical Industry.
- Experience and capability to manage and motivate blue collar team.
- Familiar with SAP operation and MS office, especially for excel and power point, expertise in access is preferred.
- General knowledge of Inventory Management and Lean Manufacturing.
- Understanding and knowledge of ISO9000/ ISO14000/ OHSAS18000 management system.
- Strong communication skill and interpersonal skill.
- Logic thinking with attention to details, and good at data analysis and problem solving.
- Work independently and proactively, innovative, result oriented and strong at execution to meet target and deadline.
- Hard working and team-spirited, able to work under pressure.
- Basic command of English writing and speaking.
