How will you make an impact?

This position is responsible for supervising the cGMP warehouse in support of process development, clinical and commercial production. The incumbent is required to perform and document daily warehouse operations in a cGMP environment. Ensure materials are received, stored, shipped and transacted in accordance with established procedures. The Warehouse Supervisor will assign work, schedule, develop, train and conduct performance reviews for assigned staff.

What will you do?

• Responsible to lead day-to-day cGMP activities of staff. Assign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work, directs efforts and provides technical guidance on more complex issues.
• Must be proficient in the use of the inventory management system (SAP) and execute real time transactions such as material receipts, inventory reporting, inventory reconciliation/investigations, order shipping confirmations and cycle counting.
• Must have access to the company’s quality management system to initiate deviations, CAPAs and document revisions. Must work effectively with cross functional departments to complete investigations if necessary.
• Promote a culture that strives toward continuous improvement in Environmental, Health and Safety.
• Coordinate maintenance of equipment, guiding both preventive maintenance and coordinating all necessary repairs.
• Maintains metrics for the daily reporting of productivity and department performance.

Education

• H.S. Diploma/GED required. College Degree preferred. 

Experience

• 2-5 years Supervisory experience required. 
• Experience in cGMP Warehouse preferred. 
• PIT experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Regulatory/Client audit experience.
• Knowledge of cold chain custody procedures and processes.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift ≥ 50lbs.
