主要职责：

• Co-ordinate all in-house operations and logistics activities including warehousing, transportation, warehouse quality management, space planning and cargo process 协调所有内部运营和物流活动包括仓储，运输，仓库质量管理、空间规划及货物处理
• Review business process and initiate by giving suggestions to drive for continuous warehouse improvement and warehouse efficiency.通过对业务流程进行审核并提出建议，以推动持续的仓库改进和仓库效率
• Monitor warehouse operations performance to ensure the smooth warehouse and cargo operations running with Century operations standard procedure including cargo loading and unloading process, data submission监控仓库的运作绩效，以确保仓库的顺利和货物的运行是在Century的操作标准程序中进行，包括货物装卸过程，数据提交
• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations according with Century VMS booking and delivery note including goods and cargos receiving, pick and pack, stock checking, inbound / outbound delivery and reporting监督和管理仓库日常运作，使其符合Century VMS的预订和送货单，包括商品和货物接收、挑选、包装、盘点、出库入库交付和报告
• Make sure all shipment data and information are well inputted to VMS system timely and accurately e.g. CLP, Container number, seal number and daily In/Out report确保所有货物的数据和信息都及时、准确地输入到VMS系统，如装箱单，集装箱号，封条号和日常进/出口报告
• Monitoring entire consolidation process from empty containers pick up till full container return to terminal align with Century standard guideline 监测整个装箱过程，从提柜到还柜的整个过程要与Century的标准指南一致
• Maintain safety, security and comfortable warehouse environment for all visitors via regular house-keeping and inspection. E.g. all cargos / cartoon boxes / equipment are well stored in safe and good condition, all warehouse facility and equipment are in good condition for safety use and also comply with local safety ordinance通过定期内务保管和检查，为所有访客提供安全，保障和舒适的仓库环境。所有货物/纸箱/设备都存储在安全和良好的状态，所有的仓库设施和设备处于良好状态，为安全使用并遵守当地的安全条例。
• Optimize the warehouse space unitization and ensure all warehouse procedures are comply with company’s need and customer’s need优化仓库空间的利用和确保所有仓库流程符合公司的需要和客户的需要
• Manage and maintain good relationship with different logistics service providers, but not be limited to vendor, customer, warehouse operator, colleague, contractor, sub-contractor, and business partner管理和维护与不同的物流服务供应商的良好关系，但不限于供应商，客户，仓库运营商，同事，承包商，分包商和业务合作伙伴
• Closely co-ordinate and liaise with warehouse operators and Century to ensure accuracy and timely information flow about cargo process, container data and warehouse operations密切协调并保持与仓库操作员和Century的联系，以确保货物过程、集装箱数据和仓库操作的信息的准确性和及时性
• Act as an agent to negotiate with different parties about cargo issues and container issue for and on behalf of Century 以代理商的名义代表Century与不同的客户谈判协商关于货物和集装箱的问题
• Assist vendors to solve different problems and issues about cargo delivery, delayed schedule, cargo damages协助卖主解决不同的关于货物运输、行程推迟以及货物损坏的问题

• Diploma major in Logistics or Warehouse Management取得物流管理或者仓库管理的文凭
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in warehousing or logistics field至少拥有两年的仓库或者物流领域的工作经验
• Excellent leadership with good problem-solving, fast-learner, critical thinker, analytical, strong communication & interpersonal skills拥有优秀的问题解决能力、快速学习、批判性思考、善于分析、强烈的交流和人际关系能力的杰出领导
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese良好的中英写作和口语能力
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel熟练操作办公室软件，尤其是EXCEL
• Independent, hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, positive and a good team player独立，刻苦，责任感，自觉主动，积极的并且是一个优秀的团队成员
• Immediate available is highly preferred优先考虑能够即时上岗的求职者
