Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• 确保专业的库存产品和材料的分配，满足生产及QHSE要求。

• 维护安全和准确的收货、存储、退料和及时发料程序，保留所有操作记录。

• 与采购计划员一起，监管库存控制、处理订单的接收，确保满足部门的质量和发运目标。

• 保持物料库存控制系统的最新信息，与采购计划员和生产部门密切协作，计划和报告未来的能力/采购需求。

• 控制公司内部的成品/原料的物流，带领仓库人员一起支持日常生产的物料操作方面的需要。执行公司有关货物的进出口物流工作。

• 制作定期的库存操作和管理报告，包括对每日、每周、每月的情况进行统计分析。

• 经过SCM部门经理批准同意后，建立和改进与仓库相关的SOI或其他规定。

• 参与定期和年度库存盘点和审计活动，协助进行审计准备工作并报告结果。

• 协助部门经理进行仓库年度预算，并控制相关费用的使用以实现预算目标。

• 支持未来公司或部门认证申请工作（例如ISO、 GMP认证 ）。

Education and Experience:

• 大专或本科学历，或类似的专业技术程度；最好是物流专业。

• 至少8-10年的库存控制、发运、收货及发料工作经验；具有适当英语水平的数据分析技能；具有相似或相同的管理经验。

Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in inventory control / shipping & receiving stock activities / distribution, Analytical skills with reasonable English level, similar management experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Simplify processes and improvements after approval from Department Manager; reduce printing or photocopying; use recycles papers where possible.

Competencies/Authorities

• 良好的团队精神，工作努力。

• 良好的沟通技巧，具备基本的英语水平。

• 具有良好的SAP技能和经验

• 具有叉车驾驶执照

Have forklift driving license
