About the role As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of the company, by controlling and performing warehouse related activities. Areas of responsibilities: Compile and check picking lists, both inbound and outbound Issue of tax documents and basic warehouse transactions ie. return of materials etc Supervise loading and unloading operations Supervise stock movement and lines preparation operations Ensure stock movements and inventories are carried out according to system requirements and timing (SAP) Warehouse-office activities at 40% -60% ratio respectively Close collaboration and communication with 3PL warehouse employees Minimize stock management related errors, working together with Supply Chain and Procurement teams Ensure correct reporting and escalation according to priorities Ensure correct communication flow among business (PM, Finance, Logistics, Sales & Service teams) Contribute to a positive and motivating working environment Education & Experience 3+ years’ experience in similar roles in structured environments Experience in main warehouse operations: logistics, storage and stock management Hands-on mentality and proactive approach to improve the status quo Good negotiation skills Good Knowledge of material management transactions (SAP) Good analytical & reporting skills (especially Excel) Fast learning and flexibility Knowledge of both Greek and English language Opportunities to learn and grow We invest over 10,000 hours in providing our employees best in class trainings about our culture, technology, and products and we have a future oriented performance system based on continuous dialogue on mutual expectations, feedback, and development.
