PRIMARY FUNCTION: Supervise warehouse team to manage material in the most efficient way, receiving on time, stocking properly and supplying to production area in the most effective way. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and operation data to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment. Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities. Confer with management and engineering associates to implement plans and recommendations. Coordinate industrial engineering projects. Develop facility layouts to establish material flow. Develop management systems for cost analysis. Direct and participate in special projects as needed. Completar los entrenamientos de EHS que le sean asignados (Entrenamiento General de MESH). Comunicar cualquier situación de emergencia de detecte a EHS o a su supervisor y seguir los procedimientos de respuesta a emergencias de las mismas. #LI-MM3 Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS 70% Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. Professional in Engineering, Business or similar degree desired Experience in Microsoft Office Previous supervisory or customer service experience desired Experience in CPTAP, border crossing, Customs regulation US/MX and warehousing desired Experience in traffic and logistics with border crossing, route design, 3 PL, warehousing and shipping desired Knowledge ERP system, Mapics and Mapics Browser, SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, WISPER (PPAP, inspection), MP2, AS400 system. Training on Kanban, MRP programs. A minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is necessary.
