Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records and file all supporting documents
- Monitor all relevant procedures are properly followed
- Report to the General Manager
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by General Manager
- Handle the general office administration and reception function
- Responsible for general clerical and coordinating team events, traveling to Mainland and Overseas when necessary
Skills & experiences required
- F6 or equivalent
- 1 year experience in administration, executive support, marketing, or business operations fields
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and high flexibility at work
- Proficient in MS Office Suites (esp. Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
- Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
