Job description

  • Customer relationship maintenance
  • Ensure smooth internal & external communication channel
  • On site monitor and control goods in-house operation process
  • Schedule training and learning plan for team members on business controls and security requirements
  • Strictly implement and control according to RDC KPI
  • Lead team members to be in compliance of RDC SOP
  • On site team management and shift workload allocation
  • Responsible for control of processes & procedures quality/efficiency
  • Forecast monitor of goods in-bounding & out-bounding
  • Overall management of in-bound & out-bound data and inventory management status
  • Regular review on RDC process and control points for smooth operation
  • Execute self-assessment and compliance testing on RDC operations and procedures.
  • Lead monthly performance measurement and quarterly business review
  • Documentation management & record filing
  • Coordinate and control the corrective action plans & root-cause in daily RDC process
  • Lead and solve technical issues and customer complaints regarding RDC processes & procedures
  • Responsible for environmental monitoring/improvement
  • Lead process optimization and continuous improvement

Applicant's profile

  • 5 years of working experience in logistics industry.
  • With Experience on WMS, SCM is preferable.
  • Interest in warehouse operation and logistics industry.
  • General Knowledge on logistics & freight forwarding operation
