Support three warehouses throughout the proposal process by warehouse system management, IT facility maintain, and WH auto-production line design supporting.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting the warehouse system operation, new account application, reviewing user access, daily system data reporting, material and BIN management and system related optimization.
• Managing warehouse on-site IT facility , including PC/Printer/PDA/monitor setting and adjustment, auto-production line setting.
• Tracking issues in GI&GR and DN and creating system report as operation required, performing data analysis and defining the issue in operation.
• Managing on-site WH quality from system side, and on-site 5S and HSE checking.
• Performing proposal analysis, identifying potential cause in the project related with WH and supporting to sales operation to obtain better future results, supporting the WH optimization project for ABB WHs.

Your background

• Must have a college graduation or above.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in WH operation & management and above 3 years of working experience in WH system management required.
• SAP and WMS management experience are preferred.
• Project experience for WH improvement.
