• 上班地点： 上海临港

作为负责负责人， 您的日常工作内容将包括：

1、负责仓库运作管理工作，公司制定的所有仓库作业流程监督执行，有效控制运作事故；合理调配运作资源，安全、高效运作；包括仓储部所有工作人员的工作质量及操作规范，杜绝违章作业，防止安全事故发生；库区内所有设施设备（照明、叉车、液压车等）合理使用及规范停放；库区温湿度和防虫害的处理及记录等；

2、负责库存（退货、搁置、破损及POP等）货物安全管理，对库存货物短少进行核查，定时安排对货物进行盘点；

3、负责管辖库区作业现场收发工作安排及人员调配；处理日常收、发、存出现的异常、突发情况；

4、根据客户需求及结合公司实际情况，及时更新合理的操作流程，并培训所属员工；

5、与供应商、承运商、客户、业务相关部门等进行沟通和协调，更好的服务于客户；

6、善于发现并分析问题，及时上报突发事情的发展态势；

胜任该职位需具备以下条件：

1、大专以上学历，有丰富的物流行业基层管理工作经验；

2、熟悉仓储系统；

3、抗压能力强，善于沟通。
