Your responsibilities

• Tracking order delivery, ensure continuous communication with suppliers and report abnormalities.
• Providing the standard report of the purchasing department at the prescribed time.
• Supplier performance management.
• Administrative assistant work of the department required.

• Proficiency in using office software, excellent English reading and writing, with a certain oral knowledge

• Patience, carefulness, diligence, cheerfulness, love of life, willing to take the initiative to communicate.
• A certain internship or social organization experience is preferred.
