• VON ARDENNE needs a capable, motivated warehouse leader to carrying out all tasks related to warehouse management of VON ARDENNE. The successful candidate of this position will be responsible for goods incoming, warehouse, picking. The warehouse leader will work with an open communication culture team and in a dynamic working atmosphere and will report directly to the logistic manager at VON ARDENNE Vacuum Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

YOUR TASKS

• Goods incoming

  物料收货

• Daily management of internal and external material warehouse

  内外部物料仓库的日常管理

• Material picking from warehouse to production

  根据生产要求从仓库发货

• Physical inventory count and accuracy of inventory

  库存的盘点及准确性。

• System booking such as SAP.
  SAP系统仓储模块的操作。

• Continuous improvement of warehouse process and cost reduction
  仓库流程的不断优化

• Logistic related product safety and personnel work safety etc..

  物流相关的物品安全及作业安全等

• Accomplish other work assigned by company

其他公司安排的工作。

YOUR PROFILE

• College’s degree degree

  大专及以上学历

• 5-year experience in warehouse management at multinational company.
  

具备5年以上跨国企业的仓库相关的工作经验

• SAP knowledge

  熟悉SAP的操作

• Nice teamwork spirit and responsibility, strong learning and communication ability, able to work under pressure

良好的团队合作精神和责任心，较强的学习和沟通能力，可以承受一定工作压力

• Basic English skills

  基本英语交流

• Forklift skills and license
