This warehouse supervisor need to work in Seoul, Korea, so that the candidate should be Korean local people or someone who have work visa in Korea.
岗位职责Responsibilities：
1. 仓库现场运营管理。 Warehouse site management
2. 现场职员管理及突发事件处理。 All warehouse site staff management, as well as Dealing with Unexpected and Emergency Events.
3. 协助仓库负责人处理好与政府机关及合作伙伴的沟通。Assisting warehouse manager to build and maintain good relations with government and business partners.
4. 促销或业务量紧凑时协助进行现场操作作业。 Undertake some site operations during e-commerce promotion or Emergency Events.
主要绩效指标KPI：
1. 仓库现场运营作业有序，快速。Make sure all warehouse operation in an orderly and high-speed way.
2. 准确传达公司规章制度给现场员工，现场员工准确理解政策规范，服从公司规定。Accurately convey company’s rules and regulations to warehouse staff and dispatched workers, so that they can obey the rules and regulations and have further understanding of them.

任职要求Requirements：
1. 韩国人，有仓库现场工作5年以上经验，仓库运营管理三年以上经验。Korean people or Chinese who have work visa and speak fluently in Korean as the mother tongue. More than 5 years warehouse work experience, but also 3 years above warehouse management experience.
2. 能够接受中国文化，能与韩国现场员工进行良好的沟通，并能够把公司的要求及计划准确无误的传递给韩国员工，并使之得以执行。Can accept and know about Chinese culture. Have the ability to offer great communication with all staff and correctly deliver the actual requirements and plan of the company. Make sure it runs well.
