For more information, visit www.AllerganAesthetics.com. The Warranty Specialist is responsible for understanding the various Body Contorting & Diamond Glow Products. This position requires extreme attention to detail for data collection and must follow strict internal processes (SOPs). Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be extremely organized. Will be required to managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards. Should have experience utilizing various operating systems, software and basic troubleshooting skills via phone, email and virtually. Review and draw conclusions from various system testing and documenting data to maintain accurate records of system functionality. Clearly and efficiently communicate directly with customers and work closely with internal teams. When necessary, escalate problems to the appropriate experienced technician. Facilitate and handle all aspects of the warranty and renewals process. Main Areas of Responsibility: Schedule appointments with customer to complete virtual Diagnostic Warranty Check (DWC) testing. Perform diagnostic system testing and escalating to a Tier 1 Product Support Technician, if necessary Create and manage DWC Quotes and DWC payment process Communication with customers via phone, email, online and virtually. May involve lengthy investigation for serial numbers, system diagnostics and troubleshooting. Should be able to collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions to record and track findings. Work closely with Product Support Team to research and identify problems & provide solutions. Create and handle multiple warranty requests via emails, cases, inbound/outbound calls, and case management in moxie. Learn appropriate system(s) software and hardware used for DWC testing. Problem-solving abilities to be able to provide and preform technical support and resolve queries. Skills and Abilities: Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Communicate complex concepts to a general audience. Ability to conduct research in a variety of databases. Exercise judgment and act independently within appropriate limits. Ability to absorb and retain information quickly. Common knowledge working with computer hardware, software, networks, operational manuals, etc. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Saleforce.com, moxie and SAP. Ability to effectively prioritize, multitask and execute tasks in a high-pressure and fact-past environment Qualifications Preferred Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience A minimum of 4-6 years of customer service or related experience. Prior knowledge in technical support with trouble shooting abilities.
