We seek for a passionate employee for a role in Warsaw Site Finance Team.

As a Business Analyst you will play an essential role in supporting Warsaw Site Senior Business Analyst in the delivery of the team objectives. You will be expected to provide support to Warsaw Site budgeting process and reporting including analysis and commentary, preparation of monthly financial and business performance reports and communicating results to Warsaw Site Leadership Team. You will build and maintain a strong relationship with Budget Holders and Business Partners. You may also be required to use your expertise to contribute to additional projects and business cases in Warsaw Site.

Typical Accountabilities

• Perform month-end close activities relevant for Warsaw Site area

• Reconciliations and tracking actual costs versus approved budget

• Prepare efficient and accurate financial analysis of budget, forecast and actual costs

• Provide timely budget performance reports and commentary

• Support the preparation of financial planning, presentations and financial analysis used for Warsaw Site Leadership Team

• Act as a business partner for budget holders and other internal stakeholders providing analytical and finance support

•  Deliver adequate financial input & analysis (e.g. business cases) to support individuals and teams to make effective business decisions

• Participate/Coordinate annual or ad hoc Warsaw Site projects

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential

• Qualified finance professional or equivalent, with 2+ years of experience in Finance

• Accounting fundamentals – understands the basic principles of accounting (e.g. accruals; cost centers; budgeting)

• English Language proficiency, both verbal and written, with the confidence to express clear opinions and ability to explain financial issues to non-financial management

• Excellent PC skills - Excel and Powerpoint

• High degree of accuracy with attention to details

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentations skills

• Confidence in working with Senior Management

Desirable

• Pharmaceutical Industry Experience

• SAP experience

• Experience in FP&A
