BU: Industrial Wood

Location: Shanghai

Job Accountabilities:

1、 Manage WB projects development based on priority after communication with Sales;

2、 Weekly projects review with chemists by meeting and update to supervisor by report;

3、 Attend field test and trouble shooting at customer site, feedback with report;

4、 arrange resource to support functional departments, included QA, QC, Production, Sourcing;

5、 Manage Lab 5S and safety improvement.

Position Requirements:

1、 Bachelor or above degree, major in Chemistry or related;

2、 At least 8 years working experience, including 3 to 5 years managing a small lab in WB Wood industry;

3、 Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels internally and externally;

4、 Ambitious, autonomous, hands-on, curious, sense of responsibility, ability to take decision in addition to full commitment and positive attitude;

5、 Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
