osition: Russian Expert Translator/Reviewer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Receives demands from all sections of ZTE corporation for translation of documents in foreign languages, translates and reviews all kinds of materials and ensures that the translated documents meet the customers' requirements.
2. Manages outsourcing translation companies, assigns and reviews outsourced translation tasks, and participates in the certification and evaluation of outsourcing translation companies.
3. Follows up with feedbacks from customers, formulates translation standards, optimizes translation tools and skills, and improves the quality and efficiency of translation.
4. Provides interpretation or language training service as required.
Job Requirements：
1. Master's degree or above in the foreign language, computer, or communications major, a certain working experience in the IT/Communications/Electronic industry.
2. Mother tongue is Russian, proficiency in English, a certain working experience in translation.
3. Familiarity with network office environment, ability to skillfully use a computer, office equipment, and translation tools or software.
4. Strong responsibility, good communication and organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
5. Candidates who master Chinese and other foreign languages are preferred.
6. Candidates with overseas study or working experiences are preferred.

一、工作职责
1.接收公司全球外文资料翻译需求，完成各类资料笔译、审核，确保外文资料符合客户要求；
2.管理外包翻译公司，完成外包翻译任务分配、审核，参与外包翻译公司的认证、评估；
3.跟踪客户反馈意见，建立、完善外文翻译质量规范，优化翻译工具与技巧，持续提高翻译质量与效率；
4.视需要提供现场口译、语言培训等服务。

二、任职要求
1.语言、计算机、通讯相关专业硕士以上学历，IT/通讯行业工作经验；
2.母语俄语，精通英文，具有一定翻译工作经验；
3.熟悉网络办公环境，熟练使用计算机办公软件及翻译工具软件；
4.责任心强，良好的沟通、组织、协调能力，具有团队合作精神和压力承受能力；
5.同时掌握中文以及其它语种者优先；
6.具有海外留学或工作经历者优先。
