Job Duties:

Professional wealth management service provision to clients
Provide professional financial advice and services to clients
Identify client financial needs and establish planning accordingly
Update Financial Knowledge and News to clients
Private Wealth Management services to clients
Leadership and team management
Leadership training
Plan strategies for constructing a team
Provide marketing strategies in team
Group presentation
Manage team member and execute recruitment for team expansion
Self Improvement
Achieve professional destinations (e.g: MDRT/ COT/ TOT...etc)
Attend training programme to acquire up-to-date financial knowledge and news
Develop and improve interpersonal and communication skills

Requirement:

1. Degree holder is preferable (Welcome Fresh graduate)

2. 1 year experience preferred including part-time and internship

3. Mature, self-motivated and willing to learn

4. Excellence interpersonal and communication skills 

5. Proficiency in both Chinese and English; Fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage
