The job duties of your new role:

• Define client requirements, deliver personal financial services and close details
• Employing a strategic, aggressive approach to identify, initiate, develop and close high value revenue generating deals
• Managing personal finance functions in the areas of risk planning, investment planning, retirement planning, and saving planning
• Develop strategies to expand customer base, stimulate business growth and meet revenue and profitability targets
• Identify, finalize and initiate new business opportunities
• Work closely with various department ( internal operation departments, CS department, Underwrite department, etc. )

You should well-equipped before starting your new role:

• Good educational background ( bachelor degree or above ) 
• Fluent in Cantonese and conversational in Mandarin
• Team player with positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates with associate degree will be considered as applying for Financial Planner
