Duties of the role：

• Promote AIA Extra Protection of COVID-19, and other illness and medical spendings; follow the claims procedure of COVID-19
• Promote the MPF Retirement Plan, AIA Deferred Annuity Plan and Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme which launched by HKSAR government
• Provide professional consultancy service of Long-term / Short-term Saving and Investment Plans, Return analysis and risk management
• Review existing financial planning and medical protection for customers from different angles, improve customers' awareness and alertness to this aspect, integrate and upgrade their existing solutions when needed
• Maintain update of customer-management system, prepare online and offline documents when need, follow claims and underwrite process
• Opportunities to provide assistance in the training for internship / new joiners' training

Requirements of the role：

• Univeresity graduates with Bachelor Degree / Master Degree
• Holder of HKID card / with a valid permit to work in Hong Kong
• Fluent in Cantonese + Conversational Mandarin
• Cheerful personality with good communication and presentation skill
• Familar in using iPad and online meeting apps ( Zoom、Teams )
