Do you have proven experience in HR reward? Can you confidently analyze and produce compensation reports? Are you an expert in remuneration, reward and compensation?

We're looking for an HR reward specialist to:

• lead a team of regional reward specialists for Global Wealth Management in Zurich, Poland and Singapore
• provide guidance on rewards, compensation plans and approvals in line with EMEA, CH, and APAC tax, legal and regulatory rules
• partner with HR business partners and recruiters on compensation offerings and other reward options for the Global Wealth Management division
• produce complex employment contracts and reward data reports, policies and procedures
• support the decision making process of senior management through use of appropriate expert analysis, market data, trends and governance requirements
• support revisions and new governance on compensation-related responsibilities review, interpret and provide guidance on new legislation ensuring that reward policies are adapted as appropriate
• respond to enquiries from Regulators including questionnaires and ad hoc requests in consultation with other Reward colleagues
• interface with various regulatory bodies and manage reporting requests
• attend forums with compensation consulting firms and compensation specialists at competitor firms
• represent UBS at HR events like reward conferences
