Are you experienced with migrations to cloud technology from on premises hosted applications? Do you have experience in Financial Services including Wealth Management and Investment Banking? We’re seeking a Senior Technology Manager to be based in Switzerland to lead our Wealth Management Subledger Application Teams within the Finance Technology Organization. We are looking for someone who can shape, build and manage the new and existing teams and help migrate existing applications to Azure Cloud. This will involve:

- Leading the Development teams focused on the WM Subledger Applications, critical Finance Applications. This work would involve collaboration with other Finance Applications Teams as well as Front Office Risk, Trading Desks, Front Office Wealth Management and Wealth Management IT teams and in collaboration with the architecture teams.
- Bring expertise in Computer Science to lead the technical implementation of key Finance subledger platforms supporting Wealth Management, P&C and Investment Banking Divisions. Experience in Finance WM Subledgers and Custom Developed Platforms using modern cloud-based practices.
- Leverage your expertise to mentor and develop department heads and their people; supporting them through the various software development life cycle stages as well as the day to day challenges of managing a global organization.
- Facilitate smooth delivery of projects – manage the department and your available budget so your teams are effective in terms of quality and timeliness of deliverables. Take complete accountability for the output of the department on both local and global projects. Act as an escalation point to help resolve issues.
- Demonstrate superior collaboration skills in working closely with various stakeholders and teams globally – often to aggressive deadlines on critical regulatory and operational programs.
