The Product Manager is an intermediate management level position responsible for managing a broad range of Product Management employees, setting strategy and providing direction, leadership and budgetary management, etc. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the development of product plans, strategies, and tactics while coordinating product lines through product life-cycles in coordination with the broader Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new Wealth Management product (deposit) and prepare new product launch process to help lift up product penetration and sales productivity -
• Develop digital platform and facilitate digital enrollment process
• Monitor leads performance and improve leads productivity
• Conduct end-to-end process to ensure product features/sales process adhere to both regional guidelines and country regulations

Qualifications:

• At least 3-year working experience in banking product or marketing management field. Wealth management related experience/knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, creative thinking and analytical skills
• Good team work, willing to take challenge and work under pressure
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
