You have experience with web technologies, and if you know some web testing applications/ frameworks (e.g., Selenium/ Nightwatch/ Cucumber), we love you already. Knowing some SQL/ MySQL would be great as well. Fluent English is a must. Communication is key - there are 15-30 members in the project team working on the application, and everyone needs to be on the same page. Most of the team and most of our customers are located in Germany, so knowing German (or learning it while in Siemens) is a big plus and will open lots of doors for you, but it is not necessary. It's not only Germans in the Siemens land; there are a bunch of us here in Prague (20+ people, 15 nationalities), having different roles and being on other projects.
