Main Responsibility

• Report to marcom manager

• Support MKT team request in web page design and other digital design request including mobile and tablet page UI design.

• Support other department team request in web and digital related design request.

• Work under little or no supervision to deliver high quality web site/page design

• Design and effectively arrange graphics, images and other rich media assets into a creative, cohesive and action-oriented user experience, by collaborating with subject matter experts, product manager and project manager

• Ensure SEO best practices are built into all development process across all projects.

• Responsible for high standards of performance of assigned work and driving oneself to meet commitments and tight deadlines.

• Support Mobile Web implementation and integration with other social platforms: weibo, wechat, blogs, etc…

• Stays current on Web design trends and changes in the Web relating responsive design, UI/UX best practices and technology innovations and uses that information to make recommendations for best practices in Greater China.

Capability Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above in major of Art Media, UX design, Computer science, Software engineering.

• Be able to communicate in English.

• A good command of relevant UI/UX designs tool and Web development technology, such as: Photoshop, Flash, HTML5, Javascript, CSS and XML, etc.

• Design for mobile and tablets (IOS, Android, Windows 8)

• Knowledge in common design tools like Adobe creative suite

• Knowledge of prototyping tools like Axure, Irise

• Should be with good art foundation.

• Detail-oriented, excellent analytical skills and effective problem solving skills.

• Strong and convincing personality for interaction with customers.

• A real team player with initiative and 'can do' attitude who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment.

• Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines.

• Enjoying working in a diverse cultural environment; open minded and culturally sensitive.
