Web Designer/Graphic Designer

Full-time, on-site in the client office in Shenzhen, China

 

SDL: Marketing Solutions is currently looking for a full-time web designer/graphic designer to manage their digital content delivery for website landing page designs, social media management, graphic designs, and email direct marketing (EDM). The candidate will base at our client office in Shenzhen, China. We offer 1-year fixed term contract for starters.

 

Our client is a leading global ICT solutions provider firm. This position is embedded onsite in the client’s local marketing team as dispatched SDL resource to take on the tasks and projects from various internal departments and divisions.

岗位职责

 

1. 网页设计制作：公司官网专题和活动网页、内部社区网页以及营销工具平台界面的设计和制作，包括线框图和高保真设计、html交付
2. EDM制作：营销邮件的设计和制作，包括html编辑
3. 图片处理：在固有KV上进行二次创意设计，以及对既有创意进行文字、按钮等元素及图片尺寸、格式的编辑输出；
4. 视频格式处理：对视频进行简单的码率、分辨率等格式转换及长短裁切处理；

 

主要能力要求：

 

1. 熟悉图片处理工具的使用（Adobe Photoshop优先,至少3年工作经验）；
2. 具备良好HTML网页代码编辑和设计能力（至少3年工作经验）；
3. 熟悉网站对图片或视频文件的格式、尺寸的相关要求；

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Design, coordinate, manage, and integrate the daily operation of:

• Web page design: design and production of the company's official website special and event webpages, internal community webpages and marketing tool platform interface, including wireframe and high-fidelity design, HTML package delivery
• EDM production: design and production of marketing emails, including html editing
• Image processing: Creative design based on the inherent KV sources as well as on the existing content texts, buttons, images, or other graphic elements delivery
• Video processing: simple bit rate, resolution, other format conversions, and length cropping processing for the video

• Optimize:
  • Documentation ways of working
  • Content delivery and calendar process
  • Management of lead capturing
  • Exchange of best practices
  • KPI’s measurement and reporting

Key Skills:

• Excellent experiences with various graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop preferred, at least 3-year experience)
• Excellent experiences with HTML designing (at least 3-year experience in the industry)
• Familiarized with the website’s requirements for image and video format and size requirements
