Job Duties:

• Design, develop, implement, maintain and support various information systems related to BIM,
• Facility Management System and IoT, including user training, system testing, documentation.
• Design and implementation of data visualization for data retrieved from Building Management System (BMS) and standalone IoT sensors.
• Organize and analyse the asset data of E&M equipment based on existing records and findings of site surveys conducted by external contractors for importing to various information systems.
• Digitalise Operation and Maintenance (O&M) documents and check the completeness of E&M asset data, as-built drawings as well O&M manuals to be imported to various information systems.
• Take part in hands-on implementation in various development projects and proof-of-concept technical studies. Experiments and studies on various new technologies in different platforms and software stacks.
• Collaboration and liaison with the users and other development teams, including external contractors to facilitate the asset digitalisation and system integration process.
• To undertake any other duties as required by supervisors.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Higher diploma in computer subjects or related disciplines
• 2 years or above post-qualification experience in IT application development of which 1 years must be in similar post and in comparable capacity
• Experience in web application development (e.g. HTML5, AJAX)
• Experience in information exchange interface (e.g. file exchange, message queue, RESTful API)
• Experience in common web application frameworks / libraries is preferred
• (e.g. AngularJS, Vue.js, Node.js, Spring)
• Experience in non-traditional DBMS (e.g. InfluxDB, MongoDB) is preferred
• Experience in BIM, BMS, LPWAN and IoT is an absolute advantage
• Strong self-learning and research ability; Able to research/develop on new development
• language/platform/system as project needs.
