RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determine the structure of and design of UI of applications
• Ensuring user experience determines design choices and developing features to enhance user experiences
• Striking a balance between aesthetic and functional design
• Ensure UI design is optimized for mobile platform
• Create quality mockups and prototypes, translated from UI/UX designs
• Optimizing code for speed performance, scalability, and reusability
• Get requirement/feedback from and build solution for users and clients.
• Write functional requirement documents and guides
• Work collaboratively with back-end developer, data engineer, product manager, project manager
• Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
• Work independently with minimal supervision

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2 years relevant experience
• Proficiency with HTML, CCS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, React
• Experience in server-side CSS
• Experience in using REST API from the client-side
• Experience working with agile and scrum methodology
• Understanding of layout aesthetics
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around
• Excellent analytical and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
