Position Overview:

The Web Graphic Designer plays an integral role on the Customer Loyalty team. You will be a part of a dynamic and fast-paced team focused on creating online and offline experiences to improve the user experience for students, prospects, and staff. You will be given training and guidance on company projects and initiatives, and you will have flexibility to be creative with your designs. Duties & Responsibilities:

? Collaborate with project team and others to define product experience

? Convert highly technical content into intuitive, digestible web experiences

? Develop innovative UX designs that meet both business and user requirements

? Identify and facilitate research, and then incorporate findings into deliverables

? Create compelling graphics required to support web content needs, and print projects

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 years+ work experience in graphic and web design

Education: Diploma or above, major in Art/Fine Arts/Graphic Design/Visual design preferred

Skills: Fluent writing, speaking and listening abilities both in Chinese and English; Proficient in design tools (Adobe Suites, Illustrator, Photoshop…)

Characteristics: Excellent organization and communication skills; Strong work ethics; Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
