You have 1 - 2 years' hands-on experience in eCommerce sales in high volume retail business
Merchandising
- Merchandise all IKEA online channels in the most commercial way, take care of strategic products including 4 Aces and 1 King, and price and volume products so that they are strongly promoted across the channels
- Optimize range presentation and the sorting & filtering of products online to maximize sales opportunities. Present the product range online in a commercial way to encourage customers to buy more by making it easier for them to find the right products and solutions
- Actively monitor all the online channels, make sure visitors can search, find, choose and buy in an optimal way. Use all these channels to understand all the various aspects that affect the customer's online journey, review sales performances, react accordingly and share the result & evaluation to members within the department and organization
- Co-ordinate the creation and delivery of all weekly and monthly reports, specifically providing insights and analysis across eCommerce metrics packages and share within the team, sales leaders and commercial team
- Create recommendations for sales steering and the most relevant and commercial cross selling, up selling and add on opportunities, and applying these techniques to the most appropriate positions online
- Closely communicate with sales leader to know the global & local IKEA priorities and the IKEA product range in order to present the range to our customer in a commercial way
- Identify and monitor the multi-channel and online development of key competitors. Understand national market demographics, the economy, life at home of different consumers and different shopping behaviors

Closely monitor the buyability report and react accordingly to secure that the agreed product range is visible and buyable on all available IKEA digital channels. Work closely with CFU SSS for the stock forecasting and sales steer for concrete/overstock in a regular basis
TOGETHER AS A TEAM
- Responsible for eCommerce sales, operations and growth of the business, by assuming responsibility for range presentation, commercial activities for the channel, analytics, continuously evolving the eCommerce solution/offering and initiating O2O initiatives
