Position Description:
Lenovo is currently seeking a Web Product Manager to join our Global eCommerce
Team in delivering an outstanding .com experience globally. This person will
be responsible for innovating and implementing a best-in-class experience that
provides relevant features and drives engagement on Lenovo.com. The Web
Product Manager will work with Lenovo business teams, BT/IT, 3rd party vendors
and other stakeholders to define, blueprint, and test functionality on our
Lenovo eCommerce global platform.
Job Responsibilities
• Work with global stakeholders to develop a Lenovo.com community for our
customers.
• Maintain understanding of optimal community experiences across the industry
and apply that knowledge to implementing and growing the Lenovo experience.
• Manage end-to-end requirement definition of Initiatives and Epics using
Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate with 3rd party providers, Lenovo BT/IT and other eCommerce
supporting teams to understand impacts from parallel and intersecting
migration efforts.
• Lead blueprinting exercises E2E with key stakeholders to ensure all
integration, resources and process dependencies are addressed prior to
development.
• Document process flows, integration mappings and changes to supporting
procedures.
• Lead cadence calls with stakeholders as well as executives, to ensure that
deliverables are on schedule and open issues are being addressed.
• Define and execute E2E User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases for migration
requirements across 3rd party and other dependent Lenovo teams.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure any new processes and procedures are
clearly documented
• Provide documentation of new and updated functionality, and ensure end users
are trained properly on how to manage enablement and issues.
• Regularly report to executives on progress toward project objectives and
targets.
#### Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in a product management environment in eCommerce,
with a preferred focus on major platform development and migrations
• Experience with building and growing eCommerce communities
• Experience in constructing complex solutions and documenting requirements
• Experience with Agile, Scrum or other product methodologies
• Experience communicating/advocating for projects with executives
• Experience working in a collaborative and energetic team environment
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skill; deal with ambiguity in
fast-paced e-business environment
• Self-directed and proactive
• Ability to work cross functionally in order to achieve desired results, on
time
• Able to work across various time zones; off hours and long hours as needed
• Clear sense of accountability & ownership
• Effectively builds & delivers presentations to all levels of management
• Knowledge of JIRA
• Previous web development experience a plus
