Position Description: Explore new payment capabilities and coordinate integration with 3rd party providers and company IT/BT teams based on geography needs. Coordinate the implementation of new countries on the e-commerce platform by blueprinting E2E requirements with the local teams and engaging providers to support required capabilities. Perform Project management of the prioritization, development, testing and implementation of capabilities. Drive company website cart and checkout enhancements to support improved customer experience requirements, including such functions as tax integration, lead time data, promotions, user account, etc. Implement pricing logic and processes with geography teams to support the entire company website product set. Work with customer experience and design teams to understand price presentation and implement requirements to deliver optimal display rules. Facilitate E2E order integration from e-commerce system to backend fulfillment systems and all corresponding communications to customers including emails and accurate order status data. Develop and maintain ongoing e-commerce site performance optimization services with company IT and 3rd party vendors. Ensure latest features are leveraged to improve overall site performance and user experience. Act as project manager for key deliverables across multiple internal teams, external teams and routes and deliver solutions completely, on time and within budget. Report to executives on progress toward KPI’s, trends, projects.
