Position Description: Work in coordination with Web Production lead  to accomplish several globalweb projects , along with the planification, implementation and control of Lenovo's web site guidelines and technologies. . Assist the team in the early identification of impediments and work accordingly with the organization and/or other teams in order to remove them or mitigate their impact to the product development process. Make effective and timely use of escalations to the account team and/or client when needed. Coach client’s Product Owner in new Global web developments. Actively engage in coordination efforts with worldwide teams in order to build a cohesive execution strategy and collaborate as much as possible. \- Quality outcomes in terms of Product and Process - with excellence in mind. \- Risk & Dependency management - with safety & effectiveness in mind. \- Metric management - with continuous improvement in mind. \- Communication & Reporting - with better visibility, assertiveness & transparency in mind. The candidate must be process oriented, results oriented and possess soft skills to work in an inclusive and proactive team. UX /UI experience desired. #### Position Requirements: Associate degree related to web related careers "3 years managing customer requirements related to web projects/business. Demonstrating effective communication in written and spoken English. Hands on web front-end development or designing experience is a plus."
