Job Description
Position Description: Ownership of overall sales and marketplace support of devices sold through the public eCommerce in the country. Key responsibilities include business control and post-sales support (payments, delivery, CSAT, billing and DOA process), plus manage customer satisfaction and leading the contact center and detecting procedural issues and points of improvement, customer relationship, sell-out activities. Interface with other members of the sales, product, fulfillment, GSC and services departments while working to secure an appropriate account management and achieve business goals. #### Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing or similar. Strong knowledge of the local PC market and distribution channels, previous product management and Marketing experience are a plus. Must be able to work well with various personalities. Oriented to customer support and sales. 1 to 3 years of Sales support roles experience.
