Job Description
#### Position Description:


Ownership of overall sales support of devices sold through the public
eCommerce in the country. Key responsibilities include business control and
post-sales support (payments, delivery, CSAT, billing and DOA process), plus
manage customer satisfaction and leading the contact center and detecting
procedural issues and points of improvement, customer relationship, sell-out
activities.
Interface with other members of the sales, product, fulfillment, GSC and
services departments while working to secure an appropriate account management
and achieve business goals.
Leading the contact center activities and act as controller of their
operation.

#### Position Requirements:


Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing or similar. Strong
knowledge of the local PC market and distribution channels, previous product
management and Marketing experience are a plus.
Must be able to work well with various personalities.
Oriented to customer support and sales.
1 to 3 years of Sales support roles experience.
