2. Responsible for improving customer satisfaction and customer relations management.
3. Responsible for maintaining customer relationship on social channels

Candidate requirements
1.Have worked for amazon.com or other Cross-border electricity company.
2.More than 5years work experience.
3.Familiar with social media communication.
4.Native English Speaker – ideally an International Business, Communications or English major.
5.Highly organized and efficient in managing, prioritizing and completing workload to high standard on time
6.Outstanding communication skills, especially in written format
7.Excellent typing skills, both speed and accuracy
