Job Description

Key responsibilities/accountabilities


  • Reaching the objectives in terms of growth and profit development for National Key Account Customers against target.
  • Manage profitable growth at customer level through product differentiation, strict control on credit limits, and account receivables within the contractual time limitations.
  • Analyzing of the results (weekly, monthly and quarterly) of the key account customers in terms of established KPIs to make the right decisions and to improve the situation if needed.
  • Cross departmental activities with Customer
Management to optimize outputs of TGM activities.


Skills & experiences

  • Have branch specific work experience at mid level management level within Welfare / Trader related business fields.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and customer focus, ability to quickly grasp and adapt to the Metro Welfare business
  • Able to handle multiple key accounts at national level through strong operational skills.
  • A hands on Manager with strong project management experience
  • Strong skills to handle a budget
  • Be fluent in English (both written and spoken)

  • With at least 3 years experience in Sales (welfare industry preferred) and or Key Account management on manager / supervisor level.
