Main Duties:

• Greet the guests at the entrance of the hotel.
• Present the welcome drink and cold or hot towel to the Hotel’s Guests  upon arrival
• Responsible for the preparation cycle of the welcome drinks from the F&B and cold or hot towels from the laundry.
• Escort guests to the front desk to proceed with the check in process.
• Be familiar with the hotel front desk/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Be aware and knowledgeable about any events or outgoing promotion and print the event’s sheet of the day.
• Direct the VIP guests from the lobby to the events.
• Communicate any issues related to the cleanliness in the Lobby area .
• Ensure that the Music in the Lobby area is on .
• Performing candle rituals in the lobby.
