• Preparation, reviewing, approval and release of written welding procedures based on specifications and welding qualifications.

• Qualification and documentation of welding procedures and welders.

• Maintenance of welding and welder qualifications.

• Identification, designing, procurement, and implementation of welding equipment and/or fixture needs.

• Trouble shooting of welding operations which can include resolution of cracking, porosity, weldability issues, and welding equipment failures.

• Coordinate the new cooler bundle product project

• Coordinate the new automation welding project

• Continuous improvement project on assembly process and welding process

• Require bachelor's degree in welding engineering from an accredited university

• Requires natural aptitude for science and mathematics

• Familiar with TIG (GTAW) process (tube+ tube sheet) for Shell and tube heat exchanger.

• Knowledge of LEAN experience will be a plus item.

• Knowledge of ML, ASME, PED certificate will be a plus item.

• Good at oral and written English.

• PMP certificate will be a plus item.

• IWE certificate will be a plus item

• Office software skill.
