Job Description
  • Scheduling of Wellness staff, maintaining updated schedules and timecards in time-clock software, developing time-off procedures and helping identify labor needs via scheduling. Managing and supervising all areas of the spa, including its programs, services and hours of operation, wellness, reservations, reception desk and team.
  • Ensuring staff adherence to department, hotel and brand standards, policies, safety guidelines and Health Department regulations. Helping develop, streamline, and refine department procedures/systems
  • Collaborating with T&C in hiring, training and evaluating Wellness department staff
  • Directs and works with the management team to successfully execute all spa operations.
  • To deal with any problems, enquiries, and complaints from guests.
  • Participating in the process of expressing Wellness’s concept through the formation of a local herbal garden and health consultation sessions. Participating in the evaluation and select of suitable product lines for Wellness. Promoting the development of natural and local Yen Tu herbal based products to be used for Wellness and commercial purpose in the future.
  • To develop spa marketing plan with the sales team, and responsible for the execution of strategy.
  • Strives to continually improve guests and hosts satisfaction and to maximize the financial performance of the department.
  • Responsible for the development of the spa opex, capex and yearly budget.
  • Review stock checks at the end of month for financial reports. Ensuring quarterly inventory is in place
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the factors and issues affecting the retail wellness market, and passing this knowledge along to staff
  • Perform annual performance reviews.



Work Experience
  • Previous experience with Accor or Luxury hotel Chain
  • Minimum 1-2 year Experience in similar position.
  • Exceptional communication skills English and Vietnamese, verbally and written.
  • Guest passion and a problem solving skills.
  • Excellent skills in Guest service and Public Relations.
