We cover all related service areas such as data administration, share allocation, communication, as well as tax & payroll. Change the future with us. You support our global team in the management and processing of employee share and compensation programs for our customers Siemens, Siemens Healthineers & Siemens Energy and are involved in key processes with your own responsibility You are the interface between our customers and our international teams and support us in planning and controlling of our global processes You will take over your own areas of responsibility and will answer employee enquiries independently You will create presentations for various stakeholders and support our team in different projects You can fully use your skills to identify and develop optimization potentials for efficient and lean process administration What you need to make real what matters. You are currently studying business administration, business informatics or a similar degree program at a university Communication gives you pleasure Personally, you convince us with a high level of initiative, analytical thinking and a structured, result-oriented and independent way of working You are fit to use MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint You communicate fluently in English.
