Job Duties職責:

• Prepare and cook food for members and guests 為會員及客人準備及烹調食物
• Checks daily and weekly menus檢查每日和每週的菜單
• Operates utensils and crockery used in kitchen使用在廚房的餐具

Requirements 工作要求:

• At least 2 year’s relevant experience 2年或以上相關的工作經驗
• Basic knowledge in food preparation 對準備食物有基本知識
• Shift duties需輪班工作
• Less experienced applicant will be considered as Junior Western Cook 經驗較少者，可申請為初級西菜廚師
